For Marques Vieira, real estate has never simply been a profession—it has been a lifelong influence.

Raised in a family deeply connected to the real estate industry, he developed an early understanding of the responsibility that comes with representing buyers and sellers in significant real estate decisions. From an early age he observed how professionalism, advocacy, and integrity shape the profession.

Marques formally entered the business in 2013, bringing with him a mindset that differs from the traditional brokerage model. Rather than approaching transactions as sales opportunities, he views them as complex decisions that require careful analysis, preparation, and strategic guidance.

Clients often describe his approach as calm, analytical, and direct. His role is not simply to facilitate a sale, but to serve as a fiduciary and trusted advisor whose priority is protecting the interests of the clients he represents.
In 2023, Marques expanded his professional capabilities by entering the field of residential real estate appraisal. The discipline of appraisal has deepened his understanding of market data, valuation methodology, and risk analysis—perspectives that directly inform his work as a broker.

Alongside his career in real estate, Marques spent more than a decade serving as a varsity high school football coach. Coaching reinforced a mindset built around leadership, preparation, and accountability—principles that continue to guide the way he works with clients today.

Outside of work, Marques maintains a deep appreciation for Colorado’s landscapes and the traditions of the American West. Time spent outdoors fishing, exploring mountain landscapes, and pursuing outdoor recreation reflects a broader respect for the land and communities that define the region.
