For more than four decades, Kay Watson has been a respected leader in Colorado real estate—known not only for her experience representing buyers and sellers, but also for her commitment to strengthening the profession itself.

Over the course of her career, she has guided clients across the Front Range and many of Colorado’s mountain communities while also serving in leadership roles within the local, state, and national REALTOR® organizations.

Her contributions extend far beyond individual transactions. Through leadership positions within the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association, the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, Kay has helped shape professional standards, housing policy, and advocacy efforts that support both the profession and the communities it serves.

Her work reflects a simple philosophy: real estate representation should be thoughtful, strategic, and grounded in long-term relationships.
